Job Description
Our client is a car leasing company that is looking to hire a customer operations specialist to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for a junior looking for the next step in their career. In this role, you will aim to ensure and improve a seamless service for customers.
Duties
This will be a collaborative role where you will work as a team to improve the customer experience. You will take on a primary role in re-evaluating and delivering the service provided to customers.
- Oversee the customer’s experience from their first point of contact through to their last
- Act as a problem solver
- Evaluate the current customer service process and provide feedback on areas of potential improvement
- Plan and prepare for growth in the market
Required experience/skills
In this role you will need to take on a ‘can-do’ attitude where no task or too big or too small. This role will be perfect for someone who is eager to learn, great with people and able to think on their feet.
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- A people person with a passion for customer service
- A natural problem solver who is a forward thinker

- Languages: Spanish, English proficiency level (C2)
