Becoming more Tech-driven

Since after the unfortunate event of Covid-19, we havent changed but we changed our business model to RaaS. Our new Recruitment-as-a-Service offering is the ideal blend of strategy, tech tools, and team capability, wrapped up in a monthly subscription that get our clients save time and money.

Started in London

It all started when the Great Recession of 2008 hit resulting hiring freeze. Businesses felt pressure to put their hiring practices on hold but still required employees to keep operating

Our Founders saw the market gap and worked towards encouraging businesses to carry on with steadfast recruiting of new Game Changers.

Due to our forecast of Málaga´s new ecosystem of the penetration of Tech companies, we started our operations to support businesses with quality talent for startups and SME´s. Thus, supporting government initiatives of increasing employment by and attracting international talent to Spain.

Following a successful interview, we will assist and lead the negotiations between you and your chosen candidate. This includes supporting you in offering the candidate a suitably attractive remuneration package and planning for their smooth integration into your organisation.

Post-Placement – Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Once hired, follow-up meetings with you and the candidate to ensure placement success and continuous improvement of our services. We undertake our EAP Programme with first week, first month, third month check-ins and support.
