Job Description

Our Client is looking for a highly motivated New Business Account Executive to join their talented team in a growing company in Marbella Spain. The sole responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by contacting potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for selling a range of products and services to prospective clients, meeting sales targets, and generating revenue for the brokerage.


  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking.
  • Contact potential clients via phone and email to pitch products and services, and arrange meetings with them.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations, tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Generate new business by upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, including client information, sales targets, and revenue generated.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required experience/skills

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years experience in IT B2B business is a must
  • Technical background in Networking is an asset
  • Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • B2B experience and understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese market an asset
  • Able to proactively cold call into net new accounts in order to drive new business
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Desirable experience skills

    • At least 2 years of experience in telesales
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English.


  • Languages:  English + European Languages (Spanish/Portuguese)
