Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to oversee their operations in Spain. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring the successful implementation of our strategies in the Spanish market. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the expansion efforts and contribute to our client’s company’s success.


  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategy for Spain, aligning it with the overall organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to drive growth and maximize market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless operations and effective execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, providing strategic recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team, providing insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities in the Spanish market.

Required experience/skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or a similar leadership role, preferably in the B2B sales/commercial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market, including its cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proven experience in building strategies to deliver more revenue per seller
  • Proven experience in building strategies to Increase deal velocity and win rates
  • Ability to forecast numbers accurately and efficiently.
