Job Description

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the HR function of a dynamic organization? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join the team and drive their talent management strategies to new heights. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the organizational goals.

Duties

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs. Facilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Conduct salary reviews, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices. Regularly review and update policies to reflect organizational changes and ensure legal compliance.

Required experience/skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and implement HR initiatives effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Languages:  English + European Languages (Spanish/Portuguese)
