Job Description
A privately-owned multinational that designs, manufactures, and supplies a world leading range of electro-mechanical capital equipment to an international customer base. With a turnover approaching £100m, and highly profitable, the company employs over 450 people at its head office, and at its production plants based across the UK and Europe.
Duties
- Working on behalf of some of the largest globally recognised names in the industry;
- Delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers, taking initiative and ownership of what you do;
- Supporting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints across a range of our products, often with vulnerable customers based on their needs;
- Continually developing and enhancing your personal skills and knowledge to improve support and make a significant difference to our customer’s experience.
Required experience/skills
- Good IT and communications skills
- Great communication skills and comfortable talking on the phone
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office/call centre environment is desirable but not essential

- Languages: Italian (native), English proficiency level (C2)
- References
- Shifts: 8am – 6pm / Mon – Fri (On site for 2 wks training, Work From Home afterwards – 5 office days over 2 weeks)
